What we collect

If you call, WhatsApp or email us, or use the enquiry form, we may receive your name, phone number or email address, your town, and details of your solar system or fault.

The enquiry form asks for three things: your name, a phone number or email address, and a short message.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit, and carry out and invoice work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.

The website form

Messages sent through the form are stored securely with our website host, here.now, so we can read and reply to them. Only Solar Revive can read them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. If we do work for you, we keep job and invoice records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
